We have four different plan options!
General Membership Program
$300 for 12 months
Receive TWO regular cleanings, X-rays, Exams, one Emergency Exam, and 15% OFF any additional treatment.
Kids Membership Program
$180 for 12 months
For children 0-14 years. Receive TWO regular cleanings, X-rays, Exams, one Emergency Exam, and 15% OFF any additional treatment. Includes 10% off of Orthodontic Aligners and TWO fluoride treatments.
Deep Cleaning Membership Program
$1100 for 12 months (can be split into 3 payments)
Receive THREE scaling and root planing appointments, one cleaning six months after, X-rays, Exams, one Emergency Exam, and 15% OFF any additional treatment. A total of four visits to get you back on track! After completion, you will be eligible for our basic cleaning membership.
Perio Membership Program
$400 for 12 months
Receive THREE cleanings, X-rays, Exams, one Emergency Exam, and 15% OFF any additional treatment.
